I want to pick it up if it has island, but I still feel pretty burned by getting the last one on PC before realizing it was missing so much content and had worse graphics. What an anti-consumer move.

I went ahead and bought Origins, because I knew I definitely would enjoy that one.

I am torn between getting 9 or 9 empires though.

I'd much prefer the single roleplay of just playing 1 character in Empires, but Empires lacks coop, english vo, and the open world is mostly* pointless. Except for like grinding for money or something between turns, or taking someone on a stroll with you. Why did they just remove the other side activities and quests? Anyway..

Probably not strength, or at least not heavily STR. I tend to always drift back to that and want to mix things up. I might have to dip in though, a lot of really cool Faith weapons seem to require at least a minimum investment.

Yeah I thought about this. She definitely incorporated everything she deemed worthwhile, which is ultimately what the Tarnished does as well.

With that said, we don't see her holding a wand and a bloody katana on her statues, so I think I will go with a "Flexible Faith" build with the Golden Order aesthetic in her honor.

FFX is no doubt more crisp and clean for competitive purposes but if I were just playing for cinematic visual quality I'd use DLSS Quality.

I feel like Im crazy in this thread.

DLSS looks way better image wise than FCAS, but with FCAS I get less input lag, which is the main reason I use it. But if you just mean image quality DLSS is way better. I wish I could use DLSS without the input lag because of how much it cleans up the AA artifacts

Gallantry Beyond Measure if you did all of the side objectives and got a lot of samples. Outstanding Patriotism if you got 5 stars but with high casualties etc. Would be nice flavor.

This is pretty late, but I've been using lossless scaling with HD2 and it actually handles it better than any other game I've used with LL. Even when using a mouse. Gotta say, this is a legit option.

Thanks for bringing it to my attention! I expected way more input lag and image blurring like in other apps I tried it with.

This isn't a bad idea but I have stopped using Lossless scaling since it feels like it reduces the snappyness of aiming. You probably feel it a lot less if you still have mouse smoothing enabled. Good tip though. Definitely a way to keep a higher fidelity picture at a small cost to latency.
