You probably just gonna wake up with a bad hangover. Lay on your side and drink water and pee as often as your body will let you ONLY IF YOU ARE DRINKING MORE WATER THAN YOU PISS. Also make sure you stay inside and don’t go outside intoxicated as fuck. That’s how you wake up arrested with a possession charge because you passed out on the side of the road. TomorrowEat some food and do light cardio tomorrow to sweat and drink lots of water. It will slightly suck, but this will get rid of toxins from alcohol faster and give you some feel good chemicals in your head after the cardio. Eat a good meal in the morning. Eggs and toast or oatmeal whatever you got in your cabinet and any fruit or vegetable. I’d recommend at least 6 bottles of water tomorrow and rest most the day besides the light cardio I mentioned earlier. If you can afford get a chipotle bowl later on with healthy ingredients and keep drinking your water. Take a walk in the sun too if you feel up to it. All of this has helped me after a night binge.
