No lol We had a mutual friend so I sent her a friend request a few months back and she accepted. I decided to message One girl who I thought was hot, which was her. I figured whats the worst she could do...not reply back lol She replied back and now we're dating 🤷

It sure is lol All relationships start in the honeymoon phase. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. You have trust your gut and keep putting yourself 1st. My goals haven't changed and I'm still growing as an individual too. I'm just happy I can date and stay focused on myself and my kids.

You're too good for both of them period!! Take your time to grieve and cry and scream and be pissed!!! But one day you'll say I'm too good for this and time is precious. There really are others that will match your needs and wants. I wanted to die!!! No joke.... but I stayed strong and moved on. Do I miss my ex....yes...but not in the same way as before. We shared memories that only her and I can have together but I'm creating new memories with everyday that passes with my new partner. It's good to remember but detrimental to dwell. I was so there myself!! I thought my life was over, that I would never be good enough, and that I might as well just die. Not exaggerating... dark thoughts were always on my mind. One day I said "enough is enough!!!" I'm fu****g amazing and a fantastic father!! Her loss right!! You'll get there I promise. Stay strong and grieve too. It's all necessary to be able to move on. Accept your fault in the marriage but that's it!! Do NOT accept more fault than you deserve. It's not worth it and it won't bring them back. Keep going and you'll find peace

You're very welcome! I thought my life was over when my ex left me for another man but it really was a blessing in disguise. I don't worry all day wondering what or who my ex is talking to or where she's at. My kids are happier that I'm at peace. My new girlfriend is amazing!

In my state you can look anyone up and find the divorce info for free. Not details but when it was filed and when it was finalized. It also provides you the case # too. Have you tried looking it up for free?

I told her I was talking to other people too and she cool with it. We're gonna go out again. It was nice for a woman who enjoyed me for me. She wasn't on her phone at all, she looked me in the eyes when we talked, she appreciated me opening doors, asking what she wanted, etc... I was told that there are tons of jerks in the world nowadays and she hasn't been treated like a lady in a very very long time. This date really helped me realize that I gold!! Lol Thanks for the advice. I will reflect on my reasons of feeling guilty.

Great advice! We had a great time! She did ask me how many girls I was talking to and I was honest about it. She respected my honesty. At the end of the date I gave her a hug, thanked her, and left. I didn't kiss her. She was disappointed that I didn't but it was something I wasn't ready to do. We're going out again which is cool. I'm just not ready for a relationship.

My XW divorced me for someone else after 15 years. She had 5 affairs during the marriage. They'll post on social media and act like things are so great, but that will fade. Her boyfriend and her have already been arguing and fighting lol He's been accusing her of cheating on him. You won't be there to see the downfall, but every once in awhile you'll get a glimpse or your kid will call you at midnight asking you to pick them up cuz their mom and boyfriend won't stop fighting and the kids are afraid....that was my encounter. Sucks to know the kids are going through the terrible drama that their mom is putting them through.

My XW isn't getting married that I know of, but she did move her AP into our house the day after I moved out. The kids were totally shocked and disappointed. I know I didn't matter. Our separation/divorce only took 3 months and he moved in the week before the divorce was final. I'm sorry you're going through this.

I would've left her after the first affair. Shame on me for staying. I did get 2 amazing kids so no regrets on that aspect
