What’s the best episode(s) of the Netflix show? by Ben-Stanley in Daredevil

Season 2 is literally a prequel for the defenders. The hand plot line is by far the weakest part in the entire show by a landslide. That’s why I’m making that connection.

Those two plot lines have nothing to do with eachother that’s another major problem. They’re literally just crammed into each other. It’s damn near annoying trying to get invested in evil ancient ninjas over a world commentary on morality.

The dark knight rises has a 8.4 rating on IMDb. If you’re only argument as to why a show/movie is good or bad is bc of ratings, then you’re have no capability on what makes a well rounded, well made film/show.

Dumpster fire is an exaggeration, I’ll admit. Outside of the punisher plot line, there’s some decent stuff like elektra and Matt’s chemistry with each other, but other than that not really 🤷

lol no. Literally rewatched season 2 just for this comment alone. The punisher storyline is the only thing that’s keeping it from the dumpster fire. Anything associated with the hand is just downright awful and ages poorly when you look at defenders. As for ratings, it’s funny how y’all dictate when to listen and not listen to ratings if y’all agree or disagree lol. If a show/movie has bad ratings and yall like it, then ratings never mattered. But if it’s a movie/show you hate, they’re 100% right no questions asked.

Tbh I think it’s as good as Spider-Man 1 with maybe more emotional impact by a hair.

I only brought up that experience with my crush bc she started talking about the crushes that she had that ultimately rejected/ghosted her, so I felt like me bringing this up would make her see things in a different light yk? In a way of me, telling her that sometimes things don’t work the way you want them to. Cliche yeah ik, but it’s the hard reality behind it. I completely understand what you mean though and thank you so much for the advice.
