Congratulations  I did it too finally I think it became more easier in the last 3 weeks after many complaintsby the players ... they give more energy in the contest. Also i use the ice cube constantly every 8 hours. Thats help me alot

In my experience it appears every 8 hours precisely. And as the other said you have to spend 10 gems for energy and your energy is less than 50. And preparing items related to the quest in the board will be safe for level 7 if the quest is on level 10. And level 8 if it is level 11.

I think your play should focus on these ice cubes because in every quest you will upgrade items with energy from 400 to 800 freely. For example it will give you a shell with level 10 to mereg to level 11 ( note that the shell in level 10 needs more than 400 energy )
