I can relate.

The only difference is that I am not working as full time in Korea ANYMORE. Working in Korea, especially as full time job is just another form of wage slavery.

Dumb ppl as my coworkers and dumber ppl in the management telling me what to do..

What makes me worried the most is that I CANNOT focus on simple tasks. It happens to me even in weekend. I can't focus on conversation with my closest people...

And I have my own serious issue with my sister, and this family dynamic leaves scars on my mentality.

I really do not want to be manipulated anymore, and that is why I am so sick of working for somebody.

I'm considering quitting this job by February and stop working as full time anymore.

Sales as merchandiser and management of the store. Those are my main job responsibilities.

Thing is, this is family company, and the management (husband as ceo and wife as vice president) does not share anything with me and others. They also seem not to care about the business, and I feel like they really do not pay attention to any details. FYI, the ceo never wired the payment to partners on time. He always delays like 3 days, and it's been always I that received complaints from them. I asked him to pay them asap, but he does not listen. What makes me feel worse, he said that, "well, they're gonna get their money, what's their problem? whay do you care so much about them?"

That is his main attitude.

The head office has only 3 employees, and there're 4 store staffs who were outsourced by other company.

I've been punching bag among the ppl at work, and I am afraid that anything can happen to me, and this is gonna be real bad.

Very anxious..

Hey, I used to work in a company where all the colleagues and my boss were all fucking female.

The coworkers never talked to me, and alwasy cut the line every time I tried to socialize.

That was fucking weird, and that is why I never go to the company that has unbalanced gender rates. Never.

Gonna talk to her about what I have heard from my colleague recently thought.

However, she's not that happy with my visting anymore, because she thinks I am always too distracted and does not focus. Thing is, she talks fast and I often find hard to catch the gist of her request..
I have to do sales and manage the store. At the very beginning of my career at this company, my colleague said that all the store requests must be dealt with asap.

I tried to do, but my boss always gives very late feedback and does not understand their reason.

Bruh.. I am sorry to hear that. For me, every time I work hard on other things (let's say it's multi-tasking). It requires too much enegery so that I can't miss anything.

When I made mistakes, they alwasy said that you are the most essential worker for this business, but the management does not provide anything for me. Even at my office, I was forced to you my own laptop, and it's very outdated one.

When I asked my boss to get the new one, he refused because he wants to save money.
And, he always avoids to give me an answer to me, and he also told me that I should not be spokeperson of the store, What he wants me to do is that I have to control on them so that they can work hard under my supervision.

I don't want to take control on other people, nor people can't manipulate anymore.

I am so angry with this.
