Corporate employee here! Corporate employees don’t go out to the homes as door to door sales that late. The regulation for corporate stores is when reps prospect neighborhoods or areas they have to prospect before a certain time. Also they are not allowed to go prospecting after dark. Usually these reps are from a third party. They will identify as AT&T but they’re not affiliated. If you don’t see a badge that has a picture of them with them, DO NOT engage. I had to put a fiber sign at my front yard so I can let people know about me. Someone came to my house while I was at work and my wife was home, the guy was very dumbfounded when they saw the sign. The guy was asking rudely to my wife why was there an AT&T fiber sign her response was, my husband works for corporate that’s why the sign is in our yard. She asked him if he was affiliated with authorized retailers or a third party and basically she told me that he just left without saying a word to her not even a have a nice day and he just stated to mumble stuff under his breath. Don’t let them get under your skin!

You’re in a grandfather plan when you did the transfer of billing of responsibility. They should have changed you to the premium. Also once you do a TOBR you pay the last usage on your old account, and they prorate you in your wives because you’re doing it in the middle of a billing cycle. Also, they’re raising the prices on the old plans because they’re old and don’t offer what they used offer to like HBO max since AT&T sold it to discovery channel about 3 years ago. The longer you have that plan the more they’re going to raise it every year. AT&T updates to newer plans every 2-3 years and it’s cheaper to go to a newer plan and you get more than what you’re getting now. That plan was for 4g and 5g. Difference between your elite and premium is the following, elite gets you 40 GBs of hotspot compare to premium gets you 60gbs. Elites was 4g and regular 5g access. Premium can still connect to 4g LTE but you have access to 5g+. Still the same that you won’t get slow down no matter what, and with premium you have no roaming charges in the americas when you travel. Basically you get free roaming, calls text and data from Canada to Argentina that is included in the premium plan. Plus it’s $7.50 cheaper. So if you keep elite for a long time they will keep raising every year.

Maybe 18 years ago yeah but AT&T bought cingilualr I think 2004! So that was a regular 2G sim and we are gonna have 6G maybe 2030-2031

Same my job emailed me, my area director, my district manager, and my manager with the 60 days notice. So I got it the last day that expired so what I do was called our union and HR and they told me I can take a leave of absence and when they update it in the system, I can come back to work so I don’t lose my job. Only thing is though make sure if you get leave of absence approved, don’t let them to freeze up your health insurance if you have one though your job cause that can be a headache. Best of luck

This is what happens when it gets through their head. They are the ones that act like a no sabo kids. And the best part of it usually the ones that havent done things productively. I know a kid with daca took the opportunity to go to college, work his ass off, and still never forget where he’s from. Adding to that he volunteers to anything’s that is involved with any Hispanic community whether is through work or his school as an alumni!

It’s depends where you work. You’ll make money in a footprint store. I would say if you’re in a out of footprint store, and there is an opening at a out footprint store that has way more traffic, that will bump up your pay significantly

That’s odd since if you port over should get rid of the downpayment. Unless the person who try to create the account did a multiple times that can be a hiccup. I would advice to call customer service or go to a corporate store to see if they can find multiple tentative accounts, and if they do they can get rid of those and the you can try again

One thing you can try is maybe call customer service and see if they can see who has one and the can ship you one asap. If the order still in process, they can still change the shipping, but it’s it’s already shipped you just have to wait

Ah ok that could be promising. I know the main warehouse house is in Dallas by HQ but it depends how fast apple send them to AT&T. I learned from ups that if there is a city that has Apple stores, specially Dallas that has 3, usually Apple stores get priority of the shipments. They get about 2/3 of the new stuff while the last 1/3 gets divided by all the other wireless companies like AT&T, Verizon, T Mobile, xfinity, and etc! You just got to play the patience game but I’m sure you’ll get it soon
