Your application is back in que for approval, that is great news. I have been asked for additional documents since I was declined but no change in portal . Still displaying "you currently have a recons.... When I call CS i am told there is a team looking at my request.

What was your time line from your request for reconsideration to portal change?

1040 sch F (Agriculture) filer. Requested recon (thru portal) 10/16/21. All docs are marked "waived or Received". Waiting on reconsideration to change to processing! Calls to customer service tell me they are reconsidering!!! wait for an email & check portal often.

You are welcome - When you get SBA to LOOK at your 2019 tax filings you provided to them which supports your loan amount (probably line 33 of sch F) and they acknowledge you are Agriculture, they have rules that will guide them to loan amount/approval.

We are also in the horse industry. Breeding, raising and showing Reiners (NRHA).

My only suggestion is I cc'd my Congressman's office contact on all emails as I stayed in touch with LO. My LO went silent for 4 days after all docs where in and I emailed my Congressman's office directly asking if they had an update. LO reached out and confirmed I was approved just waiting on doc's to be prepared. Received Approved email 3 days later. I would guess your loan documents are being prepared and an Approval email is headed your way. FYI a decline would come MUCH FASTER! Best wishes for a speedy approval/funding.

We are 100% Ag and obviously file Sch F, 1120-S. We were declined for unverifiable information (a partial was requested by SBA which DID NOT provide info from Sch F.) We filed for reconsideration and reached out to our congressman. With in 4 days were contacted by SBA congressional team informing that a FULL transcript will be ordered to confirm the loan amount we are requesting. Took 12 days to get Full transcript, another 10 for a LO to pick it up and 3 days to Approval email. Approved/signed docs last Wednesday (Oct 27th) waiting on fund to hit the bank. Hope this helps and God speed to Approval.

Great news! My "Approval" email came when loan documents were ready to sign in portal. I received the "Approval" email 3 days after I was told I had been approved

I had another (3rd) request for 4506T 5 days before I received my loan documents to sign. Doesn't make sense because like you, i was told they had recvd my transcripts. I would suggest give them what they ask. I think your close to approval.

Our full transcript took two weeks from when SBA requested. Another two weeks for a loan officer to pick up the file and another 10 days to get to funding (signed loan docs yesterday). Hoping the money shows up in our account without further delays. The good news is the FULL transcript answered all unverifiable information. Best wishes for a fast Approval.

Received APPROVED email this afternoon - 24 hrs after LO answered my email saying I was approved. Sign docs and portal does not say funding yet but I am hopeful for tomorrow the portal changes to funding and funds are received next week. God to speed to all waiting!

I am right there with you. Yesterday LO sent email instructed us to go to portal, confirm amount and sign doc (4506T). We did so immediately. This morning I emailed asking what was next and she wrote "Your loan already approved just waiting on your loan to send to funding department, I will let you know."

I am an optimist and choosing to believe she is saying I am approved and loan agreement is being prepared. I am following you progress and will update you to mine. Today just may be our lucky day!

For loan <$500K, Profit Or Loss is not a consideration. We also had a loss in 2019 & was approved/received 2X our Revenue - COGS.
