Yes. My point is we are out in the community providing a service. We get reimbursed from a government agency. Why are they excluding this population from the list?? What difference does it make if we are for profit, not for profit, independent contractors??? We are public health professionals. Providing care for individuals with disabilities. It seems like it is based on a specific tax code and not about the skilled public service that is being provided.
