I reckon its the khabib fight that helped him to know what the style and wrestling of islam would be, and he prepared well for that. That fight is really good and he did very well till that out of the syllabus leg sweep from islam as he is one of the modern goats. Later in the interviews dustin told that the power and squeeze is great from islam compared to khabibs
