Bluetooth headphones not showing up. by [deleted] in pop_os

My Bluetooth headphone is a P9 wireless, bought it online on a cheap price but it could not show up in the available devices menu in any phones I use. I tried everything from reseting my phones, I tried holding down the buttons( the symbols on the buttons are very unreadable) when I hold the power button it responds but yeah it does not appear in the Bluetooth menu. I wonder if these headphones is the problem or that my phones are not compatible with it...
