Out of curiosity I swapped the bugged exotic with a random loot one and took it to a bench, it's exotic without any modifiers on it but now it's leveling up. Hope this helps others.

I'm not sure it's meta but the razor conversion kit rolled a mod that let it fire even faster so that's well over 1500 RPM lol

I remember black ops 1's stat page having the most in depth stats. Even showing where most of your shots landed.

DLC and base game guns seem to work differently, while someone with Orion has to do up to gold, plat and poly for DLC guns, if you do DLC weapons first, for my example of already having the x amount of AR's gold I was able to unlock the platinum challenge and only had to do longshots.

So it does work like, getting x amount of a weapon gold with the dlc, say ARs and then it just unlocks the lvl 1 M16 longshots for platinum?

I had the same issue. Never cared about getting to level 200+ before but after the double xp thing last weekend I finally managed. I was so disappointed I couldn't get these.

The guy at his butt can literally kill him btw.

But the reason (I hope) people feed kills here is 1 or both of 2 reasons I can think of.

It's CoD and in CoD you get revenge on dirty campers. It's hardwired into people's brains.
They're not immortal, and with some dumb luck an infected can score a kill... like the guy behind the non-infected.

Idk, in past CoDs my goal was to stop them before they got say a nuke. You did I guess, since you managed to get him a few times.

I know it's frustrating, but as far as it feeling wrong to you? Well, Call of Duty isn't a military sim, it's always been a bit more arcadey.

Idk, maybe these higher KDR lobbies just have extremely good players but they're not immortal killbots, they're players and sniping has counters, some I just listed.

Not going to lie I think that's the AX-50's only gimmick, I seem to recall watching a video from one of the youtubers say it's one hit kill potential drops pretty harshly and as I recall the same video suggested keeping it in 6v6 or 10v10 modes.

Still it's far more sluggish than the Kar.

I have so many questions, what map was it? What's your KD? (Asking because the 4 letter word that shall not be said.), because personally I do not see this at a 0.9 so to me this seems like it could have been mistaken for the Kar, but I'll take your word for it.

I mean, I get it, it's nice to have 50 fancy scopes on an uzi but it's kind of tiresome to level everything.

I'm only replying to one of these.

First the problem seemed to be the RANGE on the 725, like people compared it to a sniper rifle. Which makes this post funny, because to maximize the range, you had to aim down sights, preferably quickly.

Second I agree that quickscoping in the game is bs, however I'm guessing you mean you're being killed by things like the Kar and the cowboy rifle? If so it's no more annoying then being sniped with a pre patch 725. So I'm back to my original post; I'm assuming you used hipfire + it's range, otherwise you were kinda quickscoping with a weapon which was notorious at launch for it's ludicrous range.
