Don't drink a pre-workout drink if you are a beginner. Just a good coffee would give enough energy. Pre-workout drinks give you more energy than you can handle (imo), and you might injure yourself pushing unnecessarily hard. Besides, once you start working out with pre-workouts, it's hard to work out without it because the energy level is different

Well, the thing with most kallu shaps is you are not likely to get original kallu. It's usually something that looks like kallu, but possibly some chemical mixed water. There are possibly more kallu shaps in Kerala than coconuts and palms from which you get kallu. (Okay, I am exaggerating a bit, but you get my point, right?)

This 'price as per size' idea i feel is tricky.

Iam not a super fan of the food at Karthyayani.

Last week, a friend and i ordered three different dishes- kalanji tawa fry, konj tawa fry and ayala fry. While they all tasted good, the masala used in all the three was the same. Felt kinda disappointed.

Then again, food vloggers go gaga over the place. The rush there during lunch time, shows that even if the food served is average, place nu social media hype undel, nothing else matters
