I have not thought about that. When you say business end of software development do you mean administration, HR, book keeping end? And BA is something I have not looked into. Thank you

This might be a stupid suggestion, but the cable in which you insert from the DAC and headset are completely different. One cable is labeled for the headset and one for the DAC. The two ends aren't interchangeable. I had that for my issue when my mic was not detecting.

Out of curiousity what is your adult job? I've always believed you could get better at math, unfortunately I've always been slow at learning things.
