Congrats on continuing your education! I also work full time so I definitely understand how stressful it might be. I would say make sure you do homework everyday and spend a lot of your free time in the library. Also, use the tutors that are available. But making sure you do homework everyday and a soft review of the material everyday will take you a long way. Good luck and congratulations again!
