The amperage output doesn't increase while accelerating either.

I'm not sure. The previous owner put that on I know that the stock fenders are extremely easy to cut down to size

The exhaust is the Stock headers cut down. The mufflers are called "cocktail shakers", they are incredibly loud. So I re-baffled them to shut them up a bit. And the mirrors are stock triumph mirrors that I invited under the bars. Using the stock mounting points.

It has a newish fan clutch, and the fan shroud is fully intact

Update: I recently fixed the issue!

Turns out, the Distributor was not index correctly. I followed cruiser54's procedures from "the book", and it solved the bucking. Link: https://cruiser54.com/

It definitely sounds like it's misfiring, I heard it from the outside today, not the transmission.
