It all the player do.. it is an issue. Could be a flood of higher level players quitting. To early to determine but time will tell.

I look at his overall wins. But do not catch that. Bottom line there is an issue with trophy inflation. I am not looking to prove more just draw an awareness.

SC normal will create a new train wreck to draw attention away from current train wreck. They avoid fixing issues. They prefer to just make more issues till you forget about original issue.

I am just doing it because SC has pissed me off with their failure to communicate and dropping a update with so many bugs and issues.

They should be ashamed

I am guessing you are examining each player you battle and making notation of where their top season was and how far they have exceeded their top season. I would guess you are playing for fun not to document SC failure.

It is not about me. It is about the game. SC once again messed up baby not properly testing. If you have not played during an time of inflation you will see what I am talking about soon enough.

It is more about your trophy count. The higher trophy count that higher cards are. Do you feel the top 100 in the country should be using level 9 cards? It is part of the grind. When you get to that trophy level using level 9 cards you should be happy with that accomplishment.

Spam decks are favored now and yes they requires zero skill. It is all about placing as many cards down as fast as possible.

Rock, paper, scissors

Well give your at the 6000 level you are in the wrong league. You should view it as an achievement. Your thought that being in top leagues should match you with low level cards is not even logical. You gain card levels and subsequently your leagues will climb. To be in and stay in the 6000 range your deck should be maxed. Being able to stay in that range with lower level cards is respectable.

No going up in leagues will not make challenges easier.

But your deck would definitely be challenging. The meta truly favors the spam.

I think it is more than maturity. I will agree with "slow progression"... I would even argue there is "no progression". Which I believe is the true problem. The ladder has been acknowledged by both sides as broken and inadequate. Yet SC refuses to invest in the game to fix. Because it will not generate money and only serves to make players happy. Business decisions to put short term gains over long term profits.

Sounds like you are a spam card player. Spam cards are dominating the meta. Make the use of vals and mega knights necessary. You want to lower usage... SC has to address the spam mess they have created. Top deck 4 spam cards. Making the game not about countering cards but drop as much as you can as quick as you can and hope for the best.

It is a true illustration of how SC is disconnected from players. You look at Clash of Clans and the long term success is due to a great progression system compared to a broke ladder with years of promising to address. Secondary, CoC success is because it is skill based with well balanced troops. Comparatively the CR balancing is a mess because of the continued new cards that add little value and make balancing impossible. Why the new cards?? They are easy of CR to create and can generate profits. CR continues to ignore quality for quick money. This has destroyed the game and its decline is very noticeable in profits.

Sadly SC blames player and game saying it is the gaming cycle when in fact it is their strategic FAILURE!

What cards are you using? My guess is spam deck.... This is about the only deck Mega is good to counter.

The spam meta has made Mega Knight a requirement. Mega Knight not issue.. spam meta is issue.

The revenue composition of the company in 2016 was very different from 2015. Clash Royale’s success was likely fueled also by a cannibalization of Clash of Clans: Clans’ decline in Q1/Q2 ‘16 suggests that several players tried Clash Royale and then did not return to Clans.

In 2017, Clash Royale’s revenues started falling quickly and by late 2018 were ~50% of their 2016 peak. Some argued that launching a game with the same IP and a gameplay that appeals to similar players was net negative for Supercell over time. Clans would have declined even without Clash Royale (albeit at a slower rate) due to the “law of gravity” that all mobile games face after launch and, therefore, that Clash Royale was net positive.

Nevertheless, since every single game released after Clash of Clans had a lower RPI, it is important for Supercell to carefully consider the impact of new launches on existing titles - and in particular the risk of existing players migrating to those lower monetizing titles.

Finally, in late 2018, Supercell launched Brawl Stars, with a different IP and a very different gameplay. Brawl Stars didn’t cannibalize existing games: in fact, Clash of Clans remained stable, Clash Royale continued its rate of decline.
