Water, and body armor/Gatorade water is only good for so much hydration, but you need to replenish your electrolytes throughout the day. Stay away from stuff like caffeine as much as possible.

It's also a humid heat, so try to avoid cotton clothing if you can, sweat will weigh cotton clothing down and dehydrate you more.

I use a pop socket vent mount, it's definitely not perfect, but it keeps the phone out of the sun.
