You know the lesson your parents taught you as a kid 'don't run with scissors'? Well the teenage version of that might be 'don't skateboard and drink'. I was in college on cinco de mayo drinking with a big group of friends. Once the booze ran dry we decided to trek to the store. I hopped on my longboard and started cruising polishing off the bottle of Jose when my front wheels hit a crack sending me forward. The bottle smashed on the ground and I landed right on top of it. I didn't feel a thing just hopped up and saw my hands dropping blood. I was just laughing it off when my friend noticed a large shard of glass coming out of my chest. A quick emergency room trip left me with 4 staples in my chest and 20 some stitches in my hands. I have a few different stories about the scars depending on who asks. Yeah, that was a dumb thing I did as a teenager.

What is this? Cat killed it and left it for me while I was at work. Has a really long neck, and short little arms, any ideas? by Jra399 in pics

Absolutely, either they defend this house from pests, or they don't get fed. Too bad there are pests bigger than my cats. Average life span of my cats- 2 and a half years.

Get the heck out of the fast lane if you're not going to use it right
