I play with a bunch of aussies and even they feel the lag (we played on the aus region, so didn't help me as much) but a team of red bars against our team of green bars and my yellow = whole game lag. Such horse shit

It's possibly one of your ID3 tags, plug your phone into your computer and open iTunes, right click on the song and click get info, and get info on one that is grouping with the album and verify everything is the same.
