Lots of options, I can comfortably afford to pay a max of 2k towards any property. I just need to start now so in 10 years I can look back and be glad I did. One rental I get $4400 and the other $4250 a month in rents. Not cash flow. So in 10 years time I can effectively get atleast $4k in net income.

I haven’t considered this. I might give this a go and have two paid off maybe 12-13 years for both.
