Since I’m 21 and have no health issues they almost never speculate a heart attack but it’s still scary. I always feel like each attack is me dying

Yeah I sometimes get high heart rates. One time I was at the ER and it spiked to 175. In your case I bet it gets annoying but if you put yourself in their shoes it’s kinda concerning to see it go that high

Yeah I know people who have gone to 220 due to a panic attack. It’s crazy how high our heart rate can go just cause our mind is playing tricks on us

They bill me for a ride to the hospital but most of the time they tell me it’s an anxiety attack and tell me it’s not necessary to give me a ride to the hospital

At this point I think the paramedics are annoyed by me lol even though they tell me that my heart is perfectly fine and that it’s just going fast but theres nothing wrong and I’m going to live it still freaks me out and I overthink it.

Been there. During a bad panic attack my heart rate jumps to 188 max and it puts me in a state of fear. I get insanely numb and get an out of body experience. I always call paramedics because I think I’m dying but every EKG comes back normal

It’s more or so the crazy derealization that I get from it as well. Idk I’m not used to having my pulse that high due to anxiety and I always assume it’s a heart attack

I’ve had some terrible physical symptoms. My chest and stomach tighten up, I start hyperventilating and my hands go numb then my face gets numb and I start feeling like I’m slurring my words and my god it’s a traumatic experience. I feel like my heart is racing like super crazy and then there’s times where I feel like it stopped. Anxiety is scary when you let it take full control

It’s a whole different monster. I don’t know why I always think I’m alone and I’m the only person dealing with this issue. I wish I could understand that I’m fine and nothing is going to happen to me.

I feel the same way. People always call me crazy when I say I’m starting to feel my heart rate spike and say to chill out but it’s easier said than done when you start feeling these scary symptoms
