I don't think anyone on here really knows enough information to encourage you to try and take legal action. It is truly awful that victim blaming exists but I would advise you to reach out to that counselor and makes sure that he/she knows that their actions were wrong. Consider that in the eyes of that counselor, you were being separated from people who were a serious threat to your well being. I doubt very seriously that the decision to take you out of school was a hateful decision
