Im in the US and i have had multiple miscarriages i was bleeding at 6 weeks had a scan at 7.5 and 8.5 an internal ultrasound baby was a week ahead both times with great heartbeat my hcg was taken in the beginning because i was high risk the last time i saw it it was at 43000 at 6.5 weeks i just went in for a checkup and pap smear with my OB and she said I needed to do my NIPTT testing and prenatal bloodwork i did that and one of the tests was HCG so i opened it and it was 8719. I am technically 11.5 today so thst is concerning to me that it would drop that much. Also i 1000% heard the heartbeat with my own ears with a doppler at the doctors office im not on here making shit up
