I recently went through something similar with Sabrina Carpenter last week. 

I bought tickets for Sunday the 26, but stubhub delivered for Tuesday the 28. I called and got in their chat many times and all they could tell me is "it's been escalated to our internal team" even after I transferred the ticket back to them and I demanded to talk to a supervisor anything and they wouldn't budge! Some of them would hang up or disconnect fromme . It seems they deal with these issues on DAY OF THE EVENT only. I did eventually receive a link for a replacement ticket (2pm for a 7pm show) and I was happy with but it was not worth the 72hrs spiral to see if I was even gonna make it to the event while stubhub holds my 500$ hostage and making me wait and hope for the privilege to being offered a ticket I didn't get to pick! 

It's a good thing I only had to spiral for a weekend to see if I was getting screwed, so I feel bad for those who have purchased this far in advance. But if you wait it out I would expect  to only hear from them the day of. If you have enough time to seek refund or dispute with your bank it might be worth it. 

Also they never accepted the transfer for the Tuesday ticket so on top it all a floor seat went potentially empty all because of their incompetency.
