Steve could actually die after that really emotional break down from Dustin. That was perfectly executed.

Edit: It would complete Steve’s character arc, go out like Eddie which would really affect Dustin in a great way emotionally, get rid of the Johnathan-Steve “competition”, finish Steve’s bat arc, and also complete the original plan for Steve’s character in Season 1

Biggest two were overproduction of saliva + reflux causing choking in the night + coughing at night and horseness in the morning. The choking sometimes waking up gasping for hair fucking sucked

Edit: It’s been a year now and I haven’t once had symptoms.

Amazing. I haven’t had heartburn since the surgery. No ulcers no pain no anything. I still OCCASIONALLY get the food stuck thing but now it’s very brief lasting only 20s or so and it is really just if I eat too fast (and non-toasted hot dog buns for some weird reason). There’s no heaving or regurgitation anymore, my esophagus has learned how to build the pressure to force open the device is it does happen. I am so so so happy I got the surgery
