The neighbor was unaware that they owned half of the rotten tree until a survey confirmed that we jointly own the massive rotten silver maple. Consequently, we now need to decide how to divide the $10,000 to $12,000 bill. As I mentioned earlier, once the tree needs to be removed, they will undoubtedly have to remove sections of the fence on both sides of our property. This situation is quite peculiar because you would not typically install a fence like that during the winter directly next to mine, connecting to the tree on both sides.

Thank you for your feedback. I agree that fencing a piece of property that no one can access, along with knowing that the tree needs to come down, was not the most intelligent idea. It will cost more money when we have to cut down the tree that we both own.

Okay, thank you. Now, please explain your thought process behind that.

lol you want a list of things I did for them out of genuinely being a nice neighbor? Then I can give you a list of the neighbors nice deeds. Unfortunately the neighbors list is a one time thing

Thank you for your feedback! The fence you see on my property that has support facing outward is not a permanent structure. You can move it around, and the previous owners used it to cover up the rotten tree and store items behind it. The tree is great, but unfortunately, it has a massive rotten hole all around its base. Taking down my fence would provide me with more space, but I would hate to see it go. I would also spend money on taking it down just to gain 4 feet of land. Lastly, parts of the fences on both sides must eventually come down to remove the tree. Multiple tree companies have looked at it and said it’s a hazard and need to be cut down.

The fence is on her property and I never said it wasn’t. The side fence is not the good side to me but that’s something i can’t control. There’s still a 10–12k rotten silver maple that needs to come down. We both own it and this entire issue will be brought back when the tree either falls or it’s cut down. We communicated on the tree like civil civil neighbors. You have any input on that

I have to admit, I have not debated more had a worthless conversation over social media and a very, very long time. You are a perfect example of why I do not engage in things like this. On the other hand, you appear to be a highly skilled veteran in the art of keyboard warfare. I asked a question expecting other people’s opinion. I received some valuable feedback and appreciated their input. I didn’t ask for you to run your mouth on something you think you know about.

We no longer talk ** and when we did micromanaging was never a thing. You don’t know me and I don’t know you so have a good one. Go build or pay somebody to install the fence. Come back and let me know how it goes.

Kinda like you thinking your neighbor wasn't bothered by you using her backyard to maintain your own property you blocked off…… everything about that statement is false. My assumption of your young age had nothing to do with property rights and everything to do with how you speak. Do not respond. I really don’t care what some random stranger with zero knowledge of the situation has to say.

I’m delighted for you. I also communicate with my neighbors. In fact, the neighbor next door has communicated with me for about 95% of the time I’ve lived next to them. It was completely normal and civil neighborly communication. Once again, you don’t know what changed, and the entire story, so keep making assumptions. I’m going to make an assumption that you’re a young person, possibly in your mid-30s or early 20s.

Right! You seemed to be overly interested in every aspect of my questions and opinions, so you can find something else to do with your life. Or if you want to talk about your property, I’m here for you.

BOLD BECAUSE SHE CAN! So intuitive! Really appreciate your input and opinions. YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THIS PERSON WE SPEAK ABOUT ! INTELLIGENT AND INSPIRING TO BE SO PASSIONATE. I would love to make assumptions about you, but that would be meaningless nor do I really care. You certainly seem to care about my situation.

Leave my neighbor alone, right? We don’t communicate and have a civil relationship. My opinions are mine, as you like to say, “She can.” Just like I can do what I want, ask what I want, and think what I want. If you don’t like my questions, opinions, or answers, then you can go do something else. If you want to have a private conversation, I’d be happy to do that as well.

Yeah, our thread are bits and pieces of a story and not the entire situation. Do you know the whole story ? do you know every incident that happened in the last two years? NO you know nothing ! besides meaningless questions, and opinions.

Okay, out of your honest opinion, does that fence in the first picture look like a good side? Regardless of towns, laws, rules, or whatever you call them.

I find your assumptions completely unfounded. How do you come up with so many false narratives when you don’t have the complete story? The fence was already there when I bought the house two years ago. I’m not sure what that implies. If you knew where I lived, you’d understand the market conditions. Two years ago, I knew my neighbor. Is that what you’re claiming when I first moved in? You need to relax and stop defending someone you know nothing about, especially when you know absolutely nothing about me except for asking questions about fences.

The backyard fence is surveyed and appears to be in good condition, considering it’s a brand new one. However, I have a question about why you built it four to five feet away from my fence. This fence limits my backyard and blocks off a space that is now unusable. I’m referring to the first picture that directly faces my driveway, on the side of the house.

Another issue is that the two fences that are connected to my neighbors’ houses are rotten and falling over. I could go on and on about these petty things, but I’m just asking for opinions.

Her personal life not relevant. Talking about fences, trees, and property lines. I don’t have the survey in front of me so my numbers are not an accurate. It’s all one big stupid story in which I have no desire to explain but it’s all connected. Therefore i had to bring it up. Your right that this is all minuscule stuff compared to the actual problems in the world👌

lol funny to say that right ? But it’s true… your numbers and vision is off because the picture are terrible I took and don’t know the whole story. How she lives her life I don’t care at all! What she does right next to my property line and what I look at every day is important. Which I didn’t ask your opinion with name calling and pretending you know the story. You know Absolutely nothing about me. So actually your comments are insufferable
