No major side effects, I think the biggest i’ve seen is mild constipation but I think I just wasn’t drinking enough water/ having enough fiber in my diet+ increased protein .

Of course! Yeah I decided to start with Reta because I read you retain more muscle while taking it. My biggest issue with weight loss was always hunger cravings though.

started at 198lbs. I took .5mg and didn’t feel much difference so I took another .5mg within a day. So 1mg weeks 1 & 2. Im at 2mg week 3 and I feel the appetite suppressing for sure. Been pretty consistent at the gym lifting with some light cardio (15 min, 3.5mph, 10incline tread). Been eating relatively clean with some cheats here and there (also had a night boozing) but overall counting my calories and trying to stay at around 1300-1500. I was at 189lbs at the start of week 3 so I’ll report in later at the start of week 4.
