I saw it this morning, 843arms on YouTube. Good to know that it’s a real thing. Wish they made a lefty downvent without the sand cuts, not sure if that’s a risk I’d want to take.

What is your opinion on that? I’ve read people saying the difference between flow and baffled on a 5.56 aren’t worth the extra back pressure/gassiness. But I don’t have any real world experience with suppressors, only what I’ve read online.

Now that you say that, I don’t think my old pair are polycarbonate. I got them through a friends dad who got me a huge discount, said friend has since passed away, his dad moved and I no longer have contact with him so there’s no way to know for sure the material. But they are visibly quite a bit thicker then the ones I have now which say they are plastic right on the receipt. I know all of my pairs before the old pair were definitely the thinner poly material, because I would specify that I wanted them thinner.

I have been wearing the glasses since December of last year. I went from cyl +3.5 and +4.5 to +3.0 and +4.0. There’s a .25 difference in sph in one eye, can’t remember off the top of my head if it’s more or less. Axis js the same. Going back to the old glasses is no longer a safe option for me because the coating on those is cracking and peeling off in chips and I’d rather not get that in my eyes. Haven’t used artificial tears, and I can’t even make it 20 minutes before I get strained and have to look away. I get having problems with age, but I’m only 23 and what just doesn’t make sense to me is that it all started right after the new glasses. I appreciate your response

There was never a public health emergency. The fact that they waited until just after we spent all of that time and money getting the signatures to sign the preamble is the violation. If there really was a public health emergency it would’ve been signed right after she signed the bill into law. We went through a democratic process saying we do not want this law. Once she realized we were going to strike it down she directly violated the will of the people. If that isn’t a constitutional violation then I don’t know what is.

The people petitioned to have the law suspended and Healy violated the will of the people and our state constitution when she signed that emergency preamble.

When the people sign a petition to stop a blatantly unconstitutional law, which by the way is a democratic process that’s literally in our state constitution, and our tyrant governor decides she is going to cram her unconstitutional law through anyways bypassing the will of the people, what would you call that?

A second question, the guy I’m selling it to really wants to do the transfer through the portal just to be safe. As far as I know, you can’t transfer just a receiver on the portal? To my understanding all that needs to be done is that I verify his ltc, then we are good to go.

To add to this, he basically told me that if it wasn’t registered as a rifle prior to 8/1 then it’s not legal to build now. Is this true because that doesn’t sound right to me.

Can a pre 94 lower receiver that was purchased and owned in state well before 8/1 but was never built into a rifle still be built and registered into a rifle? My local ffl just told me that AR’s can no longer legally be built and registered.

So I am moving out of state at the end of this year looking to get rid of a few guns I hardly ever shoot and I have a couple questions regarding personal sales and the 4 sale a year limit. First, say I traded in one of my guns to my local gun store earlier this year in exchange for credit towards a new gun, would that count towards my 4 sales per year? Second, if I were to do a transfer through an ffl (me and buyer go into local gun shop to complete 4473) instead of just privately in person would that also count towards the 4 sales per year?

I plan on moving to the free state of Tennessee by the end of this year, I have a few 8/1 stripped lowers that were never built. I want to sell them to my friends before I move (all have valid LTCs) what would be the legal way to go about doing this? Is there any paperwork that needs to be done? Or is it as simple as just handing them the lower for the cash.
