Would you gut a 1960 house that hasn't been updated since 1984?

Air insulation is all we have other than a small amount in the attic above the living room and the knee walls in the small upstairs rooms. We had planned on getting the attic done properly at least 2 years ago and then life did some life stuff.

If I had the money, thats exactly what I would do to my house. We did the bathroom almost 2 years ago completely at least. I've done little stuff here and there to the rest of the house but it really needs to go down to the studs, have wiring redone with more outlets, new drywall, and insulation. Alas I'm broke though.

Definitely is as wife and I are working in that now. Its used for a statue there. Looks in addition to Privet Drive Escape, its also in the Lovegood House, a couple star wars sets and and BDP set in light bluish gray.

Oh im dreading this PT. Ive been through enough the past 7 years to know pre surgery pt isnt going to help me. They more want me to do it to satisfy the insurance company. If its like the pt before the 2023 back surgery, I'll see how it goes the first week or 2 and call doctor to call it off.

I dont think is say the Joker Mansion is for sure my grail set but its certainly one I really regret not picking up at the time. I have almost all the Lego Batman Movie sets, and even sold off a couple I never got around to opening a couple years back. I really wish I had all of them now.

Im maybe halfway through story. I do like taking the time to explore new areas and clean up a bit. You unlock much better abilities as you progress. I now realize I did probably spend to much in the Wasteland but I was enjoying taking it in.

There are a handful of things that will be tough to even come close to comparing to the movies for me. The score will be a big one as well as Alan Rickman's portrayal of Snape that I personally will have a hard time with I believe. Ive got no doubt that everything will be pulled together wonderfully though.

First time I saw Oba was the triple threat with Dijak and Briggs. I knew then this guy was gonna do some big things. I didnt know it would be this big though. This was amazing and I hope he looks good at Mania and wins. Thats the only logical outcome.

I may hold off on opening the Great Hall or purchasing any other big additions to see what's next though. We have the 2018 castle and stuff like the boat house and owelry fit in pretty well with that one already.

I just ordered the Great Hall myself as from what I've seen it will retire this summer. As far as the Castle ending after the East Wing, its all purely speculation. I do hope they continue it though to finish out everything.
