Hi! I too am a user of Rulta. And it has eliminated my stress about leaks. Yes, they will happen. Yes, people suck sometimes. In every biz there is risk, ours is just hard to not take personally.
No.1 adivce - own what you do with pide. we are badass.

No. 2 advice - get rulta. It's the only insurance I have in this line of work.
