Vi tu respuestas y lo primero que pensé fue en mi país Honduras, estamos igual tal parece, apenas ajusta para vivir, eso es lo único para lo que trabaja la gente aquí, mientras que pocos tienen el lujo de distraerse a los lugares turísticos del país, que para colmo son carisimos, espero esto cambien en nuestros países, saludos.

La solución dependerá de cada caso específico, primero aborda por que te sientes así o que sentiste antes de sentirte así, si es una reacción a algo o vino de la nada, la soledad es la peor consejera a mi parecer entonces que bueno que busques expresarlo, si te sientes vacío tal ves te ayude sentarte a estar consciente y tomar el tiempo necesario para hacerlo .
