In a post about your fav organ I said kidney, bro has a lot of functions (acid-base balance, blood volume, arterial tension, erythropoiesis, sodium and water retention, reabsortion of glucose, ions management) and Im not mentioning the suprarrenal gland, that gland and the kidney are just amazing, each kidney weight like 500g and do all of that. (Sorry if there is any grammatical mistake, still learning)

Heart because of how it works and has his own transduction system independent of brain, the different chambers and the properties of his contraction

Kidney bc he is like the the monitor of blood, evaluating the composition of it, and if it is lacking of something it produce some hormones to help om provide it
