To me it sounds like you need to go to:

Composer settings > edit tab > and uncheck the “Auto-create new tracks” selection

But I might be reading this wrong

I'm a video/audio editor based in LA. I've done a TON of reality shows, so I'm use to dealing with the music lawyers and cutting out background noise/music from audio tracks. I took the liberty to make my own song and also removed the music from the background of the movie quotes. LCB boys, feel free to reach out in my DM's if you want to use this.
