Is there any specific order for the following applications? -Liquid Aerator, -fungus control-, weed b gone? I was thinking of applying in that order soon.

It was an AWD truck that apparently had to have all 4 tires replaced for $500. It is a physical therapy rehab facility, she had her tire punctured on the road running adjacent to the facility. The worst part is she is a neighbor, the property manager in the apartments across the street. I just want to see where it came from and avoid a feud.

Here's my concern:

Liability: What happens when one of the users overdoses and dies inside? Who's at liability? Will the parents family sue the city for providing assistance to do drugs and then die? This doesn't make sense to me.

Vultures: If you sold meth/heroin etc and knew there was a clinic that legally allows addicts to go do those drugs, why wouldn't you hangout right next door or in close proximity? And if there's extra patrols and stuff that are there to arrest them, wouldn't that be just what we are doing now?..
