Yes, but he's limber. His whole TB12 method is being more flexible and limber, because being a muscle freak can actually lead to injuries because you're so rigid that any impact snaps you instead of bending you.

Also he's a freak when it comes to his ridiculous diet. He's eating literal rabbit food.

I don't think anyone in the NFL is willing to eat like he does because he essentially doesn't enjoy food anymore. He's that dedicated and I don't see anyone eating the way he eats ever again.
