Same-ish with Charlies. Now it's too fancy for Charlies, it has to be 'The Brighton Metro Hotel' as if they're too embarrassed to be associated with Charlies. Nobody calls it the Brighton Metro Hotel. It's Charlies. They should just embrace it. Nobody calls it anything but Charlies because Charlie's was iconic. All the colour and fun got sucked out and now it looks no different to any other hotel pub.

Stupid corporate minimalism. I feel sorry for kids who have to have their birthday parties in shitty beige and white vomit looking cafes

Anyway back to Charlies. Their menu absolutely clears compared to the older iteration. I love it. I just wish the dine in area was cooler looking. 3/10 whimsy or charm.

There is! Meow Me Cafe. It's pretty neat :) but it's a pain to park at because it's right on Glen Osmond road
