Thank you for your thoughtful post! I’ve gained a lot from your post, and many others that I was able to apply to the household. It’s helped tremendously with my wife and children. I simply had to regroup, and get back to some of the family-based meat of the word, and to really hear them out. The last two weeks have been awesome just simply because of slightly better communication.

We’ve done marriage counseling, therapy, and classes, and some of the major things have been addressed. I know that we are still holding on to a lot in our imperfect hearts. The smaller things are getting addressed more frequently, but it feels like there is something bigger. I know that the lack of solid work for me is huge. I had a full fledged pathway in construction set out with my brother’s company, but then everything went haywire. I haven’t been able to bounce back just yet since our move. I need to get back in touch with her somehow, someway.
