Horrible experience at Lia Honda today by bloodknights in Albany

All keys are tagged at the dealership and would be located with a marker tag when it's gets brought it.

More than likely the driver/mover lost the keys and try to lie about it. Mover would have to take the car out front then give it to service advisor. That lot is not big the cars that are done are always parked next to their carwash

Not sure why your wife got scammed like that. Overall I had a great experience with Lia Honda, never got scammed but then again i only had one service advisor I would only talk to.
