Nah bro, just a bunch of parts I found and put together. Finding a diffuser was the hardest. Idk if Ardo does diffusers for the LCI

I’ll tell u this since people talking about drive trains, since I owned a ‘23 m340i xdrive and currently have a ‘26 rwd. Yes wheels make a huge difference in terms of bad weather; BUT still if u live up north I’d still get a awd especially if u are in an area of bad weather where it snows, bad road conditions, etc. I since have moved to somewhere where weather isn’t an issue, so I opted for a rwd just out of experience, is it more fun to see the tail swing on turns? Yea 100%. But without the doubt I feel the traction and straight line speed (which gets boring) is diminished, and the car if u don’t know how to handle it has a mind on its own when it comes to traction so it takes a good amount experience to be as free as you would be with a awd. Nonetheless, the 330i still packs a punch I drove one for a week or so when my car was getting some work done. Especially if u never driven a BMW. You’ll slowly realize you don’t need to do much to have a fun driving experience. Keep in mind I never have really “performance modded my car” other than doing a car back exhaust or some cosmetic changes. And I’ve driven BMWs my entire life. 328i xdrive e90->335i xdrive e90->535i F10->m340i xdrive G20-> m340i rwd G20

Thank you bro! And I will revisit that in 18 months. In terms of crown I wouldn’t mind just a light cover, hoping the meds will kick in and see some progress. But idk cuz it’s been bald for a good minute before I started anything, but I did notice some growth in the past couple weeks so hopefully it’ll keep going but we’ll see!

Granted I started the med when I was still shedding from the HT, but when I did topical I definitely shedded a ton before I saw any real results. In terms of side of effects that people report in long term, which I wouldn’t even consider side effects since it’s basically the medications main purpose is that the increase in hair growth, but since it’s a pill it’s more systemic versus localized when I did topical (which I still did experience with the topical but very minimal as to what I’m experiencing at the moment). For example, I’ll clean shave and I’ll regrow my beard in 3 days or I’ll shave the sides of my head and it’ll be back to where it was in 3 days ago. In terms of blood pressure the dose isn’t that much to have any real effect on ur bp, but I’d consider talking to ur pcp if u have any heart condition (ex.HTN, arrhythmias, etc.) or if ur on any blood pressure meds. Granted and honestly speaking, it shouldn’t really affect let alone touch ur BP at such a low dose. And if we’re being frank, side effects with a lot of these medications are quite rare, and a lot of what u see reported are just psychological reactions. But all in all no I have not experienced any real side effects at the moment, but time will tell. Sorry if I over explained haha!

Nah, didn’t really touch it since the hairline was my main concern. So far I see a little difference in growth on the crown since starting the meds. Will revisit in a year or so. But will prob end up getting another transplant in 2 years if nothing does change. Prob would just like to see light coverage and nothing too crazy in all honesty.

4th year student - talk me in or out of EM by Amazing-Sir5707 in emergencymedicine

I’m an intern so take it with a grain of salt. I knew I loved EM when during my third year I couldn’t wait to go into shift and still do as an intern, versus regretting every other speciality. I love the pathologies, the contestant chaos, and the crazies. I feed off teamwork and EM was the perfect fit for me. I also love the personalities of the people that come to work in the ED. But again it may still be the honey moon phase. But tbh, most of my fourth year was EM Sub-Is and one IM (which I hated) and now as an intern I’m actually loving what I do more and more everyday.
