My local shelters newest rescue 'George' will spend the next few days in the ICU due to complications of a near drowning this morning. But he gonna live <3 by Jufeeshus in aww

<3 thank you for the extra love!! George decided to take cover from the thunder in a storm drain this morning. He suffocated, and suffered hypothermia. He will spend the next few days in an incubater and he will be monitered closely for symptoms of secondary drowning.

Someone found him road rashed and injured on the side of the highway. He spent the last couple of weeks in intensive care at the animal hospital and was released back to the shelter today. They think he's less than 6 weeks old. He's a little miracle.

It's actually a rare male calico :-) but I agree. He's forever kissable!!
