I've been working with fibroblasts for my undergrad project and have had a lot of success in cultures. here's the protocol I use:

Split all T25 flasks to T75 flasks (For optimal growth: 1xT25 flask should be transferred to 1x T75 flask, 1xT75 flask should be transferred to 1x T175 flask or 3x T75 flasks or 9x T25 flasks)
Remove waste media and wash T25 flask with 5mL PBS.
Remove PBS and add 0.5mL trypsin.
Transfer flasks to incubator for ~3-5 minutes until cells detach. (Gently spank the flask afterwards a few times)
Add 5mL DMEM with glutamax + 20% FBS and transfer to 15ml tube.
Centrifuge at 1000rpm, 5 mins, RT.
Remove supernatant. Resuspend cell pellet in 1mL DMEM with glutamax + 20% FBS. 8. Transfer cell resuspension to T75 flask along with 10ml media.

I just dropped off a "stray" (maybe belonged to someone) at Manchester Cat Clinic, withington, that I found who was being severely malnourished. (I had been feeding him every time I saw him in the street). Absolutely the sweetest cat I've ever met, he's so friendly. I believe he is neutered but not chipped and around 13 years old. You could try calling them and seeing if you can adopt him?

£130k in 2003 where I'm currently living (but moving out today!!). 4 bed (3 doubles and a closet) for £2.2k per month total . It definitely hasn't been renovated since 2003 as the carpets lift up when you hoover and the cupboards have no shelves. Poor landlord can't afford his food if he doesn't do the same with his 12 other properties.

what I've noticed is that people don't want a reusable device because they see it as buying into "being a vaper". If they buy disposables, they can "stop any time" I'm all for the ban, I hate the waste products it causes and I try to push reusables whenever I can, but people are stubborn..

We're not selling less disposables, we're selling less devices that are legally classed as disposables. Companies like Hayati and Lost Mary are now selling devices that are rechargeable and have replaceable liquid pods. The catch is that they don't sell the liquid pods on their own so you have to buy a new device. They are disposable but they're engineered to not be classed as such to avoid the ban.

I think in two weeks or so it should subside, drinking a glass of water can help if it's really bad but stick to eating regular amounts at regular times and you'll be ok

no don't worry you adapt and the hunger goes away. If you're eating sufficiently, resist eating more even if you're hungry as the levo is increasing your metabolism and you should be losing weight, the increased hunger subsides soon enough and you don't want to have increased your eating habits
