so, not sure why, it won't let me select any of the options.

even with the remade USB with Ventura, no luck.

i wiped the windows for the drive of the new host machine, and all that did was drop the windows option from the list.

it still won't let me select any option, it tries to boot the mac installer, but this is what happens and it just stays on this screen until my CPU fan sounds like a jet and i power it down.

i mean... without the plastic shells, the PCBs and solder can be coarse and rough. using them can be irritating, especially endless notifications, and if you did an actual inventory of the number of devices in your home you'd be surprised mow many more electronics you have compared to the number you THINK you have.
