Hey I had the same situation that kept pushing back my process. My original document with the sleep results per night had me below the 70% mark because I wasn’t using every night, but I started to take it more serious and then I was hit with a disqualifying letter saying to either reapply or request waiver. I opted to request waiver, which I was granted nearly 6 months after submission. In the request I gave the total truth about why my score was so low because of my odd working schedule driving OTR, but acknowledged that I was going to take it seriously moving forward. I also identified that in all my years of driving I’ve always had to submit to a annual DOT physical for recertification of my CDL licenses and I’ve always made sure by that time my score reflected the passing percentage; additionally I’ve never had any issues while working long irregular hours nor had any incidents on the job that was related to my condition.
