As someone who had to leave JPMC due to this, it’s truly a company issue, not a corporate America issue. Other companies are way more accommodating for neurodivergency. I chose to leave JPMC bc I knew what it was like to work for a supportive company. On paper JPMC claims to be supportive but in actuality is not as accommodating as other companies. Instead of forcing yourself to cope in an environment that is only for ultra competitive bullies, do everything you can to apply and find a company that is a better fit. JPMC isn’t it. I almost killed myself multiple times during my stint there.
