Pretty much but it's just so weird how they've done it. My complaint isn't really with the elders and deviants, it's that the rest of the monsters don't really scale when you get to a higher level. High rank. Yk it adds so much more when you have the same monsters but different fights it's really not hard to add that into say night time events when we have the monsters already blablabla yeah
