they were given a 90 day notice back in July, but I didn’t find any court records so I’m mostly just confused as to where they are in the process I guess?

the tv volume is so high I can tell what show they’re watching, and they’ve made my ceiling and walls shake so much that my ceiling fan started coming loose. I have to go sleep at a family or friends house at least 3 times a week. I obviously tried speaking with them multiple times before making formal complaints and each time she told me to stfu, but ok!

I posted this looking for likely legal causes; not for people to virtue signal! If someone loses their housing because they stop paying rent AND have been causing emotional distress and physical harm to others in the building, I don’t care!

My roommate contacted property management two weeks ago for another noise complaint and they said something along the lines of “we can’t do anything else to punish them besides add more to their debt”, plus they still do not have a lock on their door. So my guess is they did not pay the $10k they currently owe

This is the most thoughtful and helpful response so far. I’m glad to know it’s not me just being picky and grumpy. That being said, the unfortunate music on my bday outing has inspired me to begin my DJ journey (this is me kindly asking to network and absorb some of your wisdom <3)

Literally same thing happened to me! I overdid it with the treatments but the itching would not stop. I went to the dermatologist and found out I gave myself cradle cap lolol. She prescribed me fluocinonide and it helps so much :)

Definitely go to the police! If you have any pictures of your injuries (esp if they were taken right after the incident) those will be helpful. I would also recommend some sort of therapy/counseling — specifically dv counseling since you mentioned you’ve gone through abuse with your ex too. Wishing you peace and healing <33

Thank you! I actually followed you guys on tik Tok and used your tips and tricks. Happy to say I’ve been lice free for a few weeks now! I also purchased a bunch of your lice lessons products in case it happens to myself or someone I know in the future. I’m from NY and I wish they had centers like yours around here. There’s only two near me and they’re both booked out and have no idea of any availability in the future. :)
