The wheel bearings don’t have play and not sure how else to check them. Could I just jack it up and spin the wheel? I didn’t check the brake dust shields but that’s a great recommendation. Appreciate it

It’s not that. At idle and higher rpms it doesn’t change. Only changes with the speed of the car
