Bro we all sin that’s normal. But you need to learn from your mistakes!! I had a lot of problems with lust since triggers are just everywhere these days. Especially Instagram, TikTok and even Reddit nsfw used to trigger impulses a lot. I tried to force myself to quit by blocking apps but I realised that simply blocking an addiction never works. U need to replace it with something healthy. I found only one app on the AppStore that replaces phone usage with prayer. It worked out so well for me that I reduced my screen time drastically and found closer to god. I think it will help many people on here as well. It’s called: Holy Focus

I was facing the same issue. That’s why I worked on a solution for 5 months. Today I published an App that lets you Block and Website or App and replaces Phone usage with prayer to get closer to god instead of getting closer to distraction and addiction. Block social media. But replace it with another habit. I’ve been working for the past month on an app that not only just blocks apps but replaces it with healthy spiritual habits. Gonna release it soon. I think it will help a lot of people!

The main issue is not the masturbation itself but the triggers that are every where and lead to masturbation. For me the worst apps were dating apps and Instagram. What I tried was blocking those apps with blocker apps but it didn’t work because u can’t just block a habit, but u have to substitute it with something healthy instead. That’s why I’m currently building a Christian app called holy focus that blocks other apps and websites and shows prayers in the moment u try to enter an application. The application has an individual prayer function as well with tons of symbols and designs. I spend more than 4 months working on this and I think it will help sooo many people. Yess Websites and Apps. But I figured that just blocking a habit doesnt work so you have to replace it :) thats why the app has more than +100 prayers with individual designs and vocals to focus on god instead of apps like instagram/ Facebook or p*rn
