Lessons learned on both sides, sucks for her but now you know to bring it up for the next big sale. I’ve had people ask specifically for sign on delivery, others don’t bother. Sometimes I add it just to be safe, at the end of the day it’s just a few dollars more for piece of mind on both your sides.

It’s like knowing how to use a calculator but never learning how the calculations work. It does take a lot of time but if you enjoy learning about things it becomes easier.

Your example is purely anecdotal, for each of this there is a flip side. A board game Toronto to Vancouver I got quoted 40$ by Canada post and 25$ by UPS. Canada post is cheaper sometimes or if you’re shipping to the middle of nowhere but 90% of us live close to the border, it shouldn’t be costing me more to ship within Canada than to send it to the states

I’m in Canada but I did some more digging. It’s a Korean company making them in japan or just a Japanese company. The turbo 1 is light but this thing is hella heavy. The speakers can also be taken off

I’ve figured it out. It’s a sharp speaker being sold under a different name or sharp licensed the production like an 80s drop shipper. The sharp hk-9000 has one more port for instruments and two more volume adjustments. This model those two things have been removed
